Watch the board — the system at work

You already pay for a CRM. Nobody uses it.

Every deal below sits on one board, updating itself.

If that question gets silence — or an Excel file that was true two weeks ago — your deals are living in spreadsheets and five different inboxes. The Quick-Start doesn’t sell you new software. It makes the CRM you already pay for work: a pipeline shaped around how your team already sells, an inbox that logs itself, follow-ups that fire on their own, and a dashboard that answers the question at a glance.

What the system does

Set up in two weeks. Used every day.

CRM projects don’t fail on software — they fail on adoption. Every item in the Quick-Start comes from a menu of 21 proven quick wins, picked because teams keep using them after we leave.

  • Pipeline

    One pipeline, every deal

Deal stages mapped to how your team actually sells — not to a template. Every open deal visible, with an owner and a next step.

  • Sync

    An inbox that logs itself

Email and calendar sync: every conversation lands on the right contact and deal on its own. Nobody types anything twice.

  • Templates

    Meeting links & templates

Booking links and ready email templates — the team saves time from the first day. That’s what makes them keep using it.

  • Automations

    Follow-ups that fire themselves

Reminders and nurture sequences run on their own. The deal that used to slip through the cracks — doesn’t.

  • Dashboard

    Answers “where are we?”

An owner dashboard with open deals, values and stages — the state of your sales in one glance, any day of the month.

  • Adoption

A team that actually uses it

Live handover training, a one-page playbook, and a 30-day check-in. The setup sticks because it removes work instead of adding it.

Who it’s for

Wherever there’s a sales team, there’s a pipeline.

For teams of 5–100 people with two to fifteen salespeople — that bought HubSpot or Salesforce and use a tenth of it, or still run sales from the inbox and a spreadsheet.

  • SaaS

    SaaS & IT teams

From trial to renewal on one board — nothing parked in a thread.

  • Logistics

    Logistics & shipping

Quotes and clients with real visibility, not buried in email threads.

  • Professional

    Law & accounting firms

Client intake and follow-ups that never miss a deadline.

  • Agencies

    Agencies & studios

Leads, proposals and retainers in order — and renewed on time.

  • Wholesale

    Wholesale & distribution

A customer book with history — not a memory in someone’s head.

  • Industrial

    Manufacturing

Long deals with stages, owners and reminders across the months.

Fixed scope

Five things shape your setup. Nothing else moves the price.

  • 01PlatformHubSpot or Salesforce — recommended by team size, budget and stack, not by commission.
  • 02MenuWhich of the 21 quick wins your setup needs — from the essentials to lead scoring and multi-pipeline.
  • 03TeamHow many people we onboard and train — seats, roles, saved views.
  • 04AutomationsHow many pipelines, automations and nurture sequences run from day one.
  • 05CareHandover and a 30-day check-in — or an ongoing admin retainer.

On the call we walk through the five, then you get a one-page scope: fixed deliverables, fixed price — no hourly billing, no scoping maze. If your setup is bigger than the menu — several teams and pipelines, custom objects, real integrations, years of data to migrate — that is System 07, the scoped implementation.

What it costs, and why

Behind System 05: official partners of both platforms — so the recommendation follows your fit, not our commission. Marketing systems shipped for 40+ B2B and e-commerce brands.

Straight answers

The questions every owner asks — answered.

We already have a CRM and nobody uses it — why would this time be different?

Because adoption is the design goal, not an afterthought. The pipeline is shaped around how your team already sells, inbox sync removes the manual typing, and meeting links and templates give the team time back from day one. A CRM that removes work gets used; one that adds work gets abandoned — that’s the whole difference.

Fixed price? Where’s the catch?

There isn’t one — because the scope is fixed too. Every setup is assembled from a menu of 21 proven quick wins, so you know exactly what’s included before we start. Anything outside the menu is quoted separately, in writing. No surprises in either direction.

HubSpot or Salesforce — which one should we pick?

We’re official partners of both, so the recommendation comes from your team size, budget and existing stack — not from commission. If you already pay for one of them, the usual answer is to make that one work before considering a switch.

Can’t we just set it up ourselves?

You can — the tools are self-serve on paper. In practice most teams stall at custom properties, automations and, above all, adoption. The Quick-Start makes it live in about two weeks instead of months, with the team trained and a 30-day check-in to make sure it stuck.

What’s not included?

Software licenses, heavy data migration (a basic import is included) and custom integrations. If your setup needs those — more than 15 seats, custom objects, deep integrations — we scope a full implementation instead. That’s deliberate: complexity gets its own plan, it doesn’t hide inside a fixed-price package.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the five scope drivers above — platform, menu, team, automations, care — so we don’t publish a one-size price. After a 20-minute call you get a one-page scope with the package, the platform recommendation and the exact fixed price on it. No hourly billing, no obligation.
