MarketStarter / Systems / 04 · Cold Outreach Engine Built for us too

A calendar that fills itself.

A done-for-you outbound engine. We define the target, build the list, warm the sending domain, write and send the sequences, and answer every reply — until a meeting lands on your calendar. You show up to the meeting. That’s the whole job.

Watch the inbox — the system at work

Referrals feel great. They’re not a pipeline.

The email below is the one we wrote for our own prospects.

That story is almost never about outbound not working — it’s a cold domain, a generic first line, no follow-up, and nobody on the replies. The engine does the unglamorous work properly: tight targeting, a warmed sending domain, sequences that read like one person wrote them, and every reply answered and booked.

What the system does

Everything an SDR does — as a system.

Cold outreach works when the unglamorous parts are done right, in order — targeting, deliverability, copy, follow-up, reply handling. The engine runs all five, and shows you the numbers.

  • Angle

    Finds the one right angle

ICP research picks the industry and the single pain the sequence opens with. One segment, one angle at a time — so the measurement stays clean.

  • Domain

    Builds deliverability first

A dedicated sending domain, warmed for weeks, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set right — before a single email goes out.

  • Lists

    Builds your buyer list

Around 1,000 verified contacts a month matching your ICP, enriched with phone numbers for your own team’s calls.

  • Sequences

    Writes emails that get answered

Two-to-three-step sequences, personalized per company — short, specific, human. Every step measured: sent, opened, replied.

  • Replies

    Handles every reply

We answer, and where you want it we book the meeting straight on your calendar; otherwise the reply goes to your team. Positive, neutral, or “not now” — nothing gets dropped.

  • Funnel

    Reports the whole funnel

A monthly per-segment report: sent → opened → replied → booked. Losing angles get rotated out; winners get doubled.

Who it’s for

Built for B2B that sells on meetings.

For companies of 5–200 people with a real offer and no outbound muscle — where one closed deal pays for months of the engine.

  • SaaS

    SaaS & IT teams

Demos with decision-makers instead of sign-ups that ghost.

  • Agencies

    Agencies & studios

New accounts without living referral to referral.

  • Professional

    Professional services

Law, accounting, consulting — a steady flow of first meetings.

  • Industrial

    Wholesale & manufacturing

New markets and stockists opened, buyer by buyer.

  • Logistics

    Logistics & transport

Meetings with shippers and partners, measured like a funnel.

  • Property

    Real estate & development

Owners and investors reached before your competitors call.

Fixed scope

Five things shape your setup. Nothing else moves the price.

  • 01VolumeHow many contacts the engine works each month — around 1,000 is the base.
  • 02SegmentsHow many industries and angles run in parallel.
  • 03RepliesReplies answered and meetings booked by us, or handed to your team.
  • 04Call layerPhone numbers enriched for your own team’s calls — the first contact wherever email needs consent first. We don’t place calls.
  • 05LanguagesEnglish, Greek, or both.

On the call we walk through the five, then you get a one-page scope: fixed deliverables, fixed price — no tier maze, no surprises. Need replies qualified against written criteria as well? That’s System 06 (Appointment Setting).

What it costs, and why

Behind System 04: this is the outreach we built for MarketStarter itself — the email in the demo is the one we wrote for our own prospects. Built by an official partner of both platforms, with marketing systems shipped for 40+ B2B and e-commerce brands.

Straight answers

The questions every owner asks — answered.

Isn’t cold email just spam?

Mass blasts are spam — and they don’t work. A tight ICP, a first line about the prospect’s actual world, an opt-out in every email, and a properly warmed domain get steady replies. Every email the engine sends is proof of that: it books meetings because it reads like it was written for one person. It was.

We tried cold email and nobody replied — why would this work?

Almost always that story is deliverability (domain, warm-up) or the angle — not cold email itself. The setup phase fixes both before a single email goes out: a dedicated sending domain, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, weeks of warm-up, and one sharp angle per segment instead of one generic blast.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

It depends on the country of the person receiving it, so the engine is set up country by country. Where the law allows business email without prior consent, it runs as outbound email to company addresses, with an opt-out in every message and suppression honoured permanently. Where email needs consent first, the first contact is a phone call from your team, and the sequences go only to the people who said yes, with that yes recorded in your CRM. No bought consumer lists, ever.

Why not hire an SDR instead?

An SDR is a salary plus tools plus months of ramp-up — and when they leave, the learning leaves with them. The engine is set up in about two weeks and reaches full sending pace in six to seven, as the sending domain warms up; from then on it runs every day, and everything it learns stays in your funnel report. If you later build a sales team, the engine becomes their meeting supply.

Who writes the emails? Will they sound like us?

We write, you approve. Sequences are built on your positioning and personalized per company — short, specific, human. And they go out from a dedicated sending domain, so your main domain’s reputation is never at risk.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the five scope drivers above — volume, segments, reply handling, call layer, languages — so we don’t publish a one-size price. After a 20-minute call you get a one-page scope with a fixed setup and a fixed monthly price on it. No obligation.

How it starts

  1. 01

    Book a 20-minute call

Bring what you sell and your average deal size. We’ll tell you how many meetings a month your segment realistically yields.

  2. 02

    Get a one-page scope

Fixed deliverables, fixed setup, fixed monthly price. Say yes and the domain warm-up starts the same week.

  3. 03

    Show up to the meetings

Setup takes about two weeks. The sequences then start at low volume and climb as the sending domain warms up, reaching full pace in six to seven weeks. Replies get answered, meetings land on your calendar, and the monthly report shows every number.

Let the first booked meeting be ours.

20 minutes. One clear scope. No obligation.
